And how does Matt 18.18-20 relate to the fruit of abiding in the Vine spoken of in John 15?
Here is the discussion:

You stated that the fruit of John 15 is about making disciples.
Is that what you believe Father (as Husbandman) and the Lord Jesus Christ (as Vine) works in the life of the believer (branch) --- the fruit of my abiding in the Vine is other believers I bring to the Lord Jesus Christ to the point where they, too, are disciples?
The church does not make disciples, small groups do not make disciples, Sunday school does not make disciples....Those who abide in the vine and grow fruit make disciples...
John 15.16
[SUP]16 [/SUP]You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.
What is fruit that remains?
