I know this may just be in my mind...so be it...but I get frustrated with myself...when I can't do things right......all the time....at work....I work with a lady that doesn't often pull her share....lately she has been acting mad at me bc she isn't supposed to do something and she does.....I didn't start the issue but it does deal with me....before when she would join me...I felt that I had to do her job also...bc she wouldn't do it....but now she doesn't join me....I am frustrated bc I am mad that she is mad at me.......frustrated bc I feel as a Christian I should be more tolerant ......frustrated with myself bc it bothers me thAt she is mad at me.....it shouldn't matter....I don't dislike th person..just want her to pull her share...and not feel bad bc I am part of the reason she doesn't join me now.....

Frustrated,

I understand that it is hard in the workplace because the nature of people is usually all about themselves without them even realizing it. Sadly it sometime includes Christians.

It is easier said than done but... we are to focus on pleasing God. We should always do our best towards others and treat them with love but... satan will use whomever he can to steal our joy. Stay focused on God and all things that are pure and lovely. Pray for her. Think of what you can learn from her attitude... that is to... not act as she does. Praise God for your job.Try focusing on people less fortunate than you... that may help... maybe even feeling sorry for her because she is acting in a way that God disapproves of. I pray in Jesus this will get better for you. Be a Christian witness to her by how you handle this frustrating situation. I can imagine how hard this must be for you. The fact is that people are less than desirable a lot of the time. I pray that something I've suggested will be of help.
