Georgia man murdered while jogging. Judge declines to press charges

What state?

I came of age in the 60's and can give my perspective of what went on in Virginia's east coast if anyone is interested.

Yeah, that can be seen only after he had already been shot at, at close range, a fact which you continually overlook and deny.

3 idiots converged that day.
One idiot died.

The obama era motivated blacks to resist via violence.
That left blacks in yet another conundrum of dead black men.
The cure is black leadership with wisdom undoing the violent "resistance "

I have do doubt whatsoever Aubrey would be alive today had a shread of wisdom kicked in.

Those supporting his bizarre behavior have a base.
Their base is silly.
It says he would have died anyway. They were ONLY THERE to murder. ....not confront and detain.
That is even more bizarre.
 
If one person has ever been detained at gunpoint without being murdered,seems to me the "pro Aubrey had no choice but to attack" deal is doa.

You would also have to assume that everytime a gun is used to detain,that person is murdered.

You also need to assume that a gun is not a method to detain.

THEN I can proceed under that logic.
Not the real world.

Actually,if this is the modern logic,I am actually More PRONE TO pulling the trigger if the population of the usa thinks I am there to murder 2 or three men breaking into my house at night.

AFTER the gun is brandished the shot comes after the attack.

The shooter can not give up the gun.
