I've been giving up on life, slowly cause i'm trying to keep going but one by one the things in life that i'm juggling are falling away from me. . .

first was school, then it was my boyfriend, now its my church. i'm just giving up doing things. the only two things i have left is work and believing in God. I'm NOT going to turn from God because i know hes my savior but i'm trying SOOO hard not to quit my job because i know its a good job.

i guess what i'm looking for is a way to reverse this. i'm so far down that i'm thinking things like i wish i would just die and it would be over, or that i'd get hit by a car or something. but the idea of actually taking my own life is extremely scary. so then i'm crying even more cause i'm a coward who can't even get rid of the burden on other people's lives.

i want a way to get back up and do those thing i should be doing, find the initiate to get and and keep going. i'm a little lost and all i wanna do is lose myself in the next movie. >_>

i have been in that boat when everything seems goes up side down and you ready to give up on everything and dont care about anything at all , but u know what ?? time will come when will seatlet down for u , trust me it will ... things might be hard for u now , but all u need now is try to get over all somehow ... i know its not easy when u have lot of thoughts in ur mind , but keep trying to re-focus and get busy with dif stuff , meet new ppl , do what u love to do etc , etc .... and remember time does not stay still and time will come when all be well again ... it simply takes time for everything ;) so dont give up , never give up no matter how hard is ur road dont give up ... and u will make throught ;) GB

Just gonna let you know you ain't alone. I'm in the same boat just different issues. For me i have lived with chronic pain issues since i was about 9 or so. I"m 19 now. I also have fought depression and addiction. Then was diagnosed bipolar. I had hip surgery last September. Basically in the last 10 or so years i have been where you are at and right now i'm right there in the thick of it with you. Just within this year i have given up college, kindof given up finding a job(when you are in so much pain one day you don't wanna get out of bed and the pills ain't doing anything but the next day you feel fine it's hard to find a job), also i have given up on my family. They just keep expecting me to be superman like i have always been. I was the one who would always come to the rescue from about 10 to 16 i really kept my family together. So what i'm getting at is i know the feeling and i ain't gonna set here and tell you well just pray or read the bible more because i'm guilty of not doing either enough. That being said i'm not saying you shouldn't pray and read the bible, both are important. So just trust that you aren't alone in feeling like this. As for being a coward for not being able to get rid of the burden on the other peoples lives let me tell you something. I have been there, i'm like you. Just remember though really it won't solve anything. I say that because it leaves deep scars on other peoples lives. I know some people who have lost loved ones and friends to it and they still struggle every day to understand and accept it. That's why i'm glad back in 2007 when i prayed asking God to kill me, he didn't. That being said the thought crosses my mind at times and it has as recently as the last few weeks. I have a lot of tension and issues with my family and basically they don't respect or take into consideration my issues and that i'm limited on how much i can do in a day especially if it's very physical. So the last few weeks with helping move my parents, trying to sell some of my stuff off that i don't need that was at their old house, and trying to convert my dog from an outside dog to an inside dog i have thought many times it would be easier to be gone. For me it would but for those i really care deeply about which are my close close friends and some extended family it would leave them with so many unanswered questions and wonder. That and they would probably blame my family which won't do any good. So what i'm saying is you ain't a coward for not doing it. Just remember when you start feeling that way reach out to somebody. I basically have 4 or 5 people who as soon as i feel it their phones are getting lit up. Keep fighting through it and remember you ain't alone on earth with this. Other people fight it too.

You know sometimes when it rains, it pours. Why that is I don't know but it seems to happen!

Remember...things change. Just take baby steps until you feel stronger.

And remember that you are GREATLY loved :)

Praying for strength and comfort from our Counselor and Comforter for you.
