Glorify Jesus with what you are and have, including with those who don’t like you.
• “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.” (Psalms 19.1).
When someone tries to attack you (whether with words or actions), don’t let yourself down. Remember that this person needs of Jesus and maybe it was just for this hour that Jesus brought you to this world (mull carefully over John 12.27,28). After all:
• “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Ephesius 6.12).
Our role is let Jesus shine His light in us (see Isaiah 60.1; Matthew 5.14-16; John 8.12; John 9.5), independent if the person consent to see or not. More important is pleasing the Creator than men (Acts 4.19,20). Who seeks glory of men isn’t able to serve Jesus (meditate on John 5.44; Romans 1.25; Romans 8.5-9).
• “For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.” (Galatians 1.10)
We should be like the stars of the heaven, which declare solely the glory of the Creator.
Moreover: “happy is the man that don’t sabotage the neighbor’s way, don’t yearn what belongs to others, don’t try to be someone different (but accepts to be who Jesus wishes that they be), don’t enjoy themselves in what isn’t of theirs and don’t make harm to anybody. It only grows in life and live well who lives honestly and is grateful to Jesus for what have and be.”.
