God and race???

What color was Adam and Eve? Better yet, what color was Jesus? We are all descendants of Adam and Eve or Noah and his sons, What were their races? Can anyone help me explain this to someone else? I can not find anything about race in the Bible.
 
race is a man made term, we might look different, and act differently, but we are all creations of God
 
Dunno what color Adam and Eve were. If I were to guess, and I could be utterly wrong, they'd probably look like the people in Mesopotamia, where the Garden of Eden might have been.

According to Isaiah 53:2 in regard to Jesus, "He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him." which leads me to believe Jesus looked like your typical five-foot-two Jew of the day.

I've heard that the three sons of Noah were the precursors of a distinct group of people: the sons of Shem were the Jews and related groups, Japheth fathered the Caucasians and related races, and Ham was the father of the Africans.

I know it doesn't matter about race...The thing is I had someone ask me that question the other day and it started a big conversation. Also there are some non believers who ask this question and if you just tell them it doesn't matter then why does it matter if they decide not to turn to God. If we as believers can't answer questions to non believers to make them believe, then are we doing Gods work accordingly? I have friends who are nonbelievers who I am trying to turn to God and I dare not just say....IT DOES NOT MATTER cause I know with an answer like that they wil NOT turn to the LORD...JS
 
Knowing everyone in the Bible was dark-skinned will not make a non-believer suddenly start believing.
 
I agree Rainacorn but if we don't even try to explain or be able to show a non-believer what is written in Gods Word, how can we expect them to want to turn to God...I think saying it just doesn't matter is just taking the easy way out so you don't have to face the challenge wich God gave you. Maybe I'm wrong or what I'm trying to say is not come out right...IDK
 
*shrugs* I can't see this being more of a problem to them than evolution? Not starting a discussion on that, my point is just:

For instance, they could just as well ask: If , by chance, the first two cats happened to be white, why are there so many colours of cats? and even if they were two different colours, why is there all of todays variey? ... Because it changed over time. Well, why can't creations of God change over time then?

Whether the first two people on earth were black, brown, white or blue, humans today look different.

I personally think God is perfectly able to create diversity by his own choice :)
 
People turning to God is not dependent on how much we can explain scripture. It's is utterly dependent on how available we are to God for His uses.
I honestly do not believe race or rather nationality and ethnicity is what you are really referring to, matters at all. That doesn't mean there isn't an answer.
Answering questions does not mean you have to give a straight yes or no. From a human perspective, you may need to redirect the question. When someone asks the color of adams skin, providing scripture as to what the answer really is to the question. Someone may not like it, but the answer really is that color doesn't matter to the Lord.
 
THE ANGLE TOLD JOSEPH AND MARY TO GO TO EGYPT TO HIDE, EGYPT WAS IN AFRICA I'M SURE, AND THE REASON HE WAS SENT THERE WAS TO BLEND IN. FAIRLY DARK. MOST EGYPTIANS ARE DARK, LIKE HISPANICES.
