God can heal the hurt you've caused long ago. God can bless who you've wronged 10 times more than what you've taken from them.
God can take the debt away not just between you and Him, but any others. All you have to do is lift up your heart and pray, and the miracle will be worked.

Pray for repentance.
Allow yourself to contribute repairing the sins you've committed through your faith, but also through your hope and charity.

Reconciliation is needed when the weight of your own sin burdens you.

It is important to preach it to everyone constantly and not forget to do it repeatedly a week
