I am in the military and have twice volunteered to go to IRAQ and each time the Lord has had a different plan for me. The first time was in 2009 when I came out of retirement and joined the Army reserve in my home town. My unit was looking for volunteers to go to IRAQ to assits another unit by filling thier open slots. I was removed from that mission and crossleveled into a unit going to FT Benning GA. I served one year with that unit when my commander came down on orders to go to IRAQ. I again volunteered. 48 hours before we were suppose to fly off to IRAQ I was pulled from that mission and sent back to FT Benning working with the Warriors in transition. I have a chance to witness to these soldiers and help them recover from thier battle scars.

I saw a sign on a church billboard saying that when you put a question mark out to the lord and he answers witha period. Don't question again. I struggle with that alot but am learning to appreciate what he does for me and my family.

Thank you for your service to our country and to our Creator!

Thanks for the kind words. It is my pleasure & honor to serve this great country.

:) YES YOU ARE RIGHT, GOD DOES HAVE A PLAN FOR US. HE LOVES US DEARLY AND SAID HE HAS A PLAN FOR US TO GIVE US HOPE AND A FUTURE. YOUR CALLING TO BATTLE IS NOT OVER, YOUR CALLED TO BE ARMED AND DANGEROUS TO THE KINGDOM OF DARKNESS. DO NOT BE CAUGHT OFF GUARD, FOR THE ENEMY SATAN PROWLS LIKE A ROARING LION SEEKING WHOM HE COULD DESTROY. THIS WAS VERSE. WE DO NOT FIGHT AGAINST FLESH AND BLOOD, BUT AGAINST POWERS AND PRINCIPALITIES WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES. I WOULD SAY TO YOU DEAR ONE IN THE LORD. THANK YOU, FOR SHARING AND HOPEING THAT YOU CAN BE OF SERVICE TO THE LORD, IN ACTIONS. CONDUCT, AND ALWAYS HAVE YOUR ARMOUR ON SPIRITUAL ARMOUR. VERSE FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH, AND STAND YOUR GROUND, WHEN ALL ELSE IS DONE. STAND. I ASK THE FATHER THAT YOUR LIFE WILL BE A BLESSING AND THAT HE WOULD GIVE YOU THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART IN JESUS NAME.:)

In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory (Ephesians 1:3-12 NIV).
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will — to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding. And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment — to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ.

First of all, Thank you for serving our Lord and Savior and Second Thank you for serving our Country.

We all have struggles when it comes to answers to our questions, but the faith that we show can be a stronge testimony to others, even when we can't see it for ourselves.

I love your testimony...
