God told us to send all these rapist, murders, pedophiles and such to Him. He also said that, by doing so we would send a clear message to all who would commit these abominations. One of the reasons we have so much depravity, is a punishment from God for not obeying Him in this matter. You want to protect the innocent, you must punish the guilty. Make an example of them.
Save yourself from the heretics and false cults of this generation. The same warning still stands today, perhaps even more so.

By murderers do you mean people who with premeditated aforethought go out into the street with a gun strapped to them, and who would have no qualms about using it?

No. You don't even know what a murderer is.
Murder is the unlawful killing, with malice aforethought, of another person, and generally this state of mind distinguishes murder from other forms of unlawful homicide (such as manslaughter). Just because I carry a gun, know how to use it, and am not afraid to, doesn't make me a murderer.
There is such a thing as justifiable homicide, in the eyes of God and man.

It is the malice aforethought that turns a killer into a murderer and if strapping a gun to yourself ready to use isn't malice aforethought I don't know what is.
As far as the second amendment goes, LIFE is our God given right and only God has power over life and death.
I reckon so. I don't think anyone has the right to take another's life just because the government says so. The government is not God and this right to life is one reason we abolished capitol punishment in the UK.
I believe the way to deal with a dangerous criminal is to remove their liberty, the second amendment does this by killing people, the UK does it by removing them to a place where they can harm no-one which is far more humane and gives the criminal time to repent.
The second amendment talks about our God given right to Liberty, but that can be forfeited as I have just explained. Our actual God given right is to life and you will hear this said in relation to abortion as well.

The second amendment does not give anyone the right to own a gun. All rights come from the Creator. The purpose of the Bill of Rights is to protect the free people of the US from a government like yours taking their freedoms and liberties. Because you do not have the freedom and liberty in the UK that we enjoy in the US, and never have, you do not have a clue of it's value.
Americans not only have the right to own guns, but it is a patriotic duty to own guns. The blood of the people had to be shed to gain liberty and independence from the tyranny of your government. And it may, one day be required to maintain that liberty and freedom from our own government.
My heart truly goes out to all of you who live without true liberty.

Don't forget it was Hitlers' Gestapo that took the guns away from the people.
If America looses it's liberty, who will protect the rest of the world.
So long as the American people are free to keep their arms, no Hitler Gestapo will rise here, and America will remain free. But without a free America all other nations are doomed.
The difference between you and the Gestapo is that Hitler provided the weapons whereas you have bought your own under the guise of patriotism and this sense of patriotism has been so instilled in you that you will not rebel against your own people or the American government, although you did in the war of independence, but now the government would give you just enough to keep you happy.
They have you dangling like a puppet on a string. You have been well and truly taken in, but this is what world government is all about.

Try telling the people that are bombed and killed by our countries in the name of peace....
I once believed it all too...
We call those killed in action hero's the people they fight against call them enemies.
Which man is right? the man who is shooting on his home land believing too he is protecting his family from those who have invaded or the man on foreign land wearing a uniform "liberating" them with his gun?.....
If the same soldier comes and requests you hand over your gun in the name of "peace" will you behave any different to the afghan man who believes he has the right to protect His family?
Surely if your government do things for "peace" and "safety" in the rest of the world then you should too trust them? does not work both ways.
