well to recieve one has to decide to recieve or reject something now if it said imparted that would be different but it doesn't
That's not what the passage says. It says by the will or actions of God.

If you have a debt and I pay it off, did you do anything to receive the benefit of my actions. No. And so it is with God in salvation.

Salvation is entirely the work of God, given freely by His grace. No one can earn it through good deeds or personal merit. Faith itself is a gift, ensuring that all glory belongs to God alone.

yes but I have to accept the debt being paid off it only can be paid off by you and have nothing to with me assuming that the gift is already paid for without my knowledge

John 6:44

"No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day."

2 Peter 1:1

"Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have obtained a faith of equal standing with ours by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ."
🔹 The word obtained (Greek: λαγχάνω, "received by allotment") shows that faith is something given to us, not something we generate on our own.

You don't have to do anything. I did all the work. You simply get the debt wiped away. The bank can't ask you to continue to pay for a debt that no longer exists.

God comes to an individual and tells them what He has done for them in Christ. That's the gospel.

true but then that would mean we are already saved and there is no point in accepting christ but before salvation the debt is still there.

True enough we cannot pay the debt and salvation is not done by us but by Christ the choosing to accept salvation and Christ is what is in question here otherwise if we do not have the ability to choose to accept him then we are saved from birth which we are not

Show me in the Bible where it says we must accept Christ.

You can't come to Jesus without any interest in His Father. That is, when someone is drawn by someone, they have an interest in a relationship with him. And, likewise, no one can come to the Father except through His Son, Jesus. And to round that off completely, the Holy Spirit testifies of "Me (the Son)," so blaspheming the Holy Spirit is taking His testimony of Him for a lie, and rejecting God's salvation (Yeshua; Joshua; Jesus).

1 Corinthians 2:14

"The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned."
🔹 Without God's intervention, no one can understand or believe the gospel—faith must be given by God.
