Huh, not related to the question. 
Man's sinful will desires something else, this is true. None of us would be saved
if God had not made it possible for us to believe in the first place. Although it
is also true that some seem to believe they needed no help from God at all.
Apparently, they did it all on their own! I suppose in this way they can maintain
the illusion that they were never in bondage to sin in the first place, despite
the very clear teaching in Scripture to the contrary.

Jesus' words in Matthew 17:20-21
Faith the size of a mustard seed moved the mountain of my unbelief .
And yes, Jesus paid the sin debt. It is sufficient for all but efficacious only unto those who believe.
Those who do not believe are suppressing the truth in their unrighteousness.

With all due respect Magenta, saved=delivered, according to Strong's concordance.
There is a one time eternal deliverance for all of those that God called, and gave to Jesus to be a sacrifice for their sins (John 6:37-39).
Jesus's sacrifice was an offering to God, for God's acceptance, and not to mankind for their acceptance.
1 Tim 2:3 - Paul left Timothy in the church at Ephesus to charge some that they teach no other doctrine (1 Tim 1:3).
Paul further instructed Timothy to pray for "all men" that are in authority in the city of Ephesus, that the church may lead a quite and peaceful life in all godliness and honesty (1 Tim 2:2)
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God, our Saviour; who will have "all men", that were teaching another gospel, to be saved=delivered, and come unto a knowledge of the truth.
There is a deliverance=salvation, here on earth, that is received by those that have been born again, when they come unto a knowledge of the truth.
