The Rapture:. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Jesus comes back for His Bride: Revelation 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
At the same time on the Earth: Tribulation
Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Judgement on the lukewarm church faithful until death: 2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Judgement on Nations: Matthew 25:31-32 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
At the same time satan is bound for a 1000yrs: Revelation 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
After 1000yrs Satan let loose: Revelation 20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
Second Coming: Battle of Armageddon
Revelation 16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
Zechariah 14:2-4 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
New Heaven & Earth: Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

I agree with your futurist interpretation for the thousand years. But I don't expect a pre-tribulation rapture. The tribulation is for all of us to experience, to test the faith of all Christians, even the elect, and to give non-Christians one final chance to realize Jesus Christ and repent. I think the "rapture" of 1 Thessalonians 4 is post-tribulation, after Jesus returns on the clouds of heaven and defeats the beast at Armageddon.

But if you take away chapter breaks (which are not inspired) you have this in the same passage to reconcile...

1 Thessalonians 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

Oh, why do you expect "Second Coming: Battle of Armageddon" after the thousand years? Jesus Christ returns before the thousand years and defeats the beast at Armageddon. The beast is destroyed and Satan is locked up for the thousand years. After the thousand years, Satan is released for a short time to lead Gog-Magog against the city of God's people, who have been gathered under the reign of Christ and the saints for a thousand years.

So are you saying the saints (bride of Christ) go through the tribulation?

So are you saying the saints (bride of Christ) go through the tribulation?

Absolutely!! Those who are alive on earth, yes. Those in heaven return with Christ and those on earth are "gathered" together to fight the Beast and his armies at Armageddon. See Rev 19-20, see Joel 2:

15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly;

16 Gather the people, Sanctify the congregation, Assemble the elders, Gather the children and nursing babes; Let the bridegroom go out from his chamber, And the bride from her dressing room.

I agree with your futurist interpretation for the thousand years. But I don't expect a pre-tribulation rapture. No rapture. There is however a place of safety here on the earth for the church, first of all, let's set the time frame...

Mat 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

There is one unmistakable, singular event...

Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Mat 24:16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Mat 24:17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
Mat 24:18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
Mat 24:19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
Mat 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
Mat 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

This one event signals the beginning of 3-1/2 years of tribulation that is...

"such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be."

Now notice this scripture...

Rev 12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
Rev 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

First of all the language is future. Now compare this with...

Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Noitce this is past tense? Many believe (as I do) that this was a period of 1260 years (Num 14:34 and Ezek 4:6) that was fulfilled when the true church hid from the great universal church and her persecutions and inquistions.

Now back to verse 14, notice that it is not for 1260 days, but rather time, times and half a time? Many believe (as do I) that this means a literal 3-1/2 years.

Second thing to notice is that this place is a wilderness, if the church were raptured to heaven, would it be considered a wilderness? If you believe that, I have a bridge for sale.

Third thing to notice is that she flies to her place. It is a specail area set aside for the church. this happended in type in 68AD when the church migrated to Pella. Is Pella the place? I don't know. I have some firm ideas, but they are just that, there are no definitive scriptures that say PETRA, but plenty of inferences.

What does fleeing from Judea to a place of safety in Mat 24 to Rev 12:13-14? The Greek word for fly is petomai and it literally means "to fly". Does it really mean that? Notice the wings of a great eagle?

Exo 19:4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.

And they walked every step of the way. Could it be symbolic of supernatural guidance and protection? Sure. Could it literally mean to fly? To be transported?

Act 8:39 And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.
Act 8:40 But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.

Go back and read the account of Elijah, if you put the story together, you will find that is not the first or only time Elijah was transported. Apparently it happened often enough he was known for it.

Now with all this said...

Luk 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

This is the best explanation of the end times I have seen on this thread. the OP almost had it right but still pretty darn close. I don't think God would have his beloved bride to suffer in the time of trials. If mid tribs and post tribs want to have their faith tested in the tribulaion then to each his own but trust me when I say you will not even want to spend one day in the tribulation. It is that bad and horrible, if ever there was hell on earth- well this would be it.

I do not understand your time line. You 1 rapture 2 tribulations 3 second coming. How can you have a pre tribulations rapture
if Christ does not appear till after the Tribulations?

if Christ does not appear till after the Tribulations?
Because the rapture is not him coming but rather us coming to him and the second coming is when he come back on earth with all his elect.

Why is the current generation so blessed? Why would we not have to suffer as all other generations? Look at us. Look around.
Did Christ not say we would suffer as he did? Did he not say, Remember the words I spoke to you: ‘No servant is greater
than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute
you also. . .

Jesus’ words to Philadelphia do not imply
a pretribulation rapture. Because the church in Philadelphia
was weak and suffering from persecution, Jesus told the members
at Philadelphia that He had made a way for them to go through
their suffering. This is the point of the open door. By His grace
they could go through this experience and overcome it. He also
told them that He would keep them during the hour of trial that
was going to come upon the whole world.

Look at the scriptures...

Rev 12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Rev 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
Rev 6:11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

Mat 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

Then there are those who are accounted worthy...

Luk 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

That appears to be a fraction of all.

The escape in Luk 21:36, are you sure he is not speaking of the Bowls?

Absolutely!! Those who are alive on earth, yes. Those in heaven return with Christ and those on earth are "gathered" together to fight the Beast and his armies at Armageddon. See Rev 19-20, see Joel 2:

God allowed his only son, Jesus to suffer unbelievable tribulation, persecution and an excruciating death. Do you think God loves His son less than His son's bride? Of course we will go through the Tribulation.

You want proof? Here it is in Zech 13:

And it shall come to pass in all the land,”
Says the Lord,
That two-thirds in it shall be cut off and die,
But one–third shall be left in it:
[SUP]9[/SUP]I will bring the one–third through the fire,
Will refine them as silver is refined,
And test them as gold is tested.
They will call on My name,
And I will answer them.
I will say, ‘This is My people’;
And each one will say, ‘The Lord is my God
.’”

Remember, we the Gentile church are grafted in with the Jewish branches. This has already happened as of the 6 Day War. If part of the Bride is going through the Trib then all of the bride will. Let's face it, the church needs refinement just as much as the Jewish people.
