Yep. I had yo put limits on my internet, etc. &God have me the strength to overcome. It was an addiction I struggled with since 4th grade.

I wouldn't worry on what Calvinists say on salvation hislastwalk...I'm not sure about the whole sickness thing though.

My faith runs deep for our Lord and Savior, however, I don't belive you can make sickness go away just because you say it so in Jesus' name. You may pray vigently and the Lord will answer your prayers but that is different than what you are saying in this thread.
I don't think you are being very fair to those christians who have died of a diseas. Do you think they did not have enough faith to live? God has a plan for each one of us and he is the one to allow us to live or die. The fact that you have been cured for two years is by the grace of God not because your faith is stronger than the one who is sick.

Death of sickness is a attack from the enemy, who comes to kill, steal & destroy. Yes, you can command sickness to leave. You CAN. We live in a fallen world, & as christians we don't have to let the curse have power.
I'm not saying sick people go to Hell either, by the way.

I'm not a Calvinist, Arminiust, or Catholic. I simply consider myself a Biblicist. However, for the most part, I agree with what both Brandon and Jimmy have been saying. That there is more to it then just saying, Heal and you are healed. Sometimes God allows us to go through things, simply to draw us closer to Him, to allow His Glory to shine through us. When you say that God always will do what you want, you begin to put God in a box. Don't forget God's ways are not our own, nor is His ideas our. And that comes straight from the Bible, Isaiah 55:8. And before you say that the OT is not relevant to today, don't forget, that Jesus Himself said:
"Don't think that I came to destroy the law or the prophets. I didn't come to destroy, but to fulfill. For most certainly, I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not even one smallest letter or one tiny pen stroke shall in any way pass away from the law, until all things are accomplished." Matt 5:17-18
There's more in that passage that you might want to look at.
Now, I do have a question for you, Hiswalk. How often do you study the Bible, without other people telling you what to read. And I don't mean thinking up an idea and seeing if the Bible supports it, but actually taking a whole passage, and studying it? Looking at each individual concept mentioned in the verses and comparing it to the rest of the verses.

I study it everyday actually.
It is as simple as commanding a sicknesses to leave in Jesus name. Simple truth. If it wasn't it wouldn't work.

by the way not everything that happens is God's will. The bible says that it is NOT God's will that people should perish, yet.. People perish. He can turn a bad situation into a blessing, but He didn't cause the sicknesses.

I agree with you there, God does not want everything that happens to happen, but he allows it for our greater good, as in the case of Job. You are right, God did not cause Job's suffering, but He did allow it to happen. He removed His hand of protection from Job, so that Job's Faith would be tested. And while Job was suffering, all his friends were accusing him of some great crime and his wife was trying to get him to blaspheme God.

The reason I asked, is I wanted to know if you have studied the whole passages that you mentioned, thoroughly, and not just an individual verse, or two.

I also have to add, that sometimes things are used to discipline us, such as the case of Miriam, Moses's sister. In her case, she developed leprosy, because of her speaking ill against Moses. That story is found in Numbers 12.
