Good advice for young people!!

This is one of the things that is wrong with the Church today. Here is a video about helping our young people make sound Biblical choices,(original posting on this thread) and then you post one telling them to seek the world. I know our children have to work. However, our most important goal is to give them a sound Biblical world view, in that they are strangers here.

We need to warn our young people of the dangers of seeking after the world. To be content with what they have. The world is a dead end!

Sorry, don't mean to be snappy. Our children are the the most important job we have. To be certain we have trained them up in the nurture and admonition (instruction) of God. It's clear when you look at the Church today that we are not understanding what that means. God told the Jews to speak about God to their children at all times. It's like training an athlete. They don't even know how to defend their beliefs. WAKE UP CHURCH. YOU ARE ASLEEP!
 
As much as I am a Pentecostal saint and spiritual
I still live in this world
I am required to earn a living not only to provide for myself
but also to share with others according to need and love.

Paul and Apollo were tent makers by trade
The epistles instruct us to be gainfully employed so as to
not be thieves nor beggars.

Your post is nonsensical
Mike Rowe's video has nothing to do with abandoning Christ
for worldly treasurers
but rather is simply good advice to young people that trades
offer an alternative career path than the financial burdens of a
college education and the competition for jobs.

Oh, I didn't actually watch your video. Please accept my apologies. I agree with not borrowing money for education.
