In Norway many of the grammatical errors are caused by word division , while English tends to keep the words separate, Norwegian ties them together, and if you don't do that you can get some really weird stuff.
ie:
Lamb shanks : Lammelår
Shank : Lår
but:
Lam = Lamb OR Lame/ Paralyzed
so when a store wants to advertise lammelår, but writes lamme lår ... well, poor shanks....

Of course there is a difference in pronunciation! When it is "your"
it sounds like "yore." But when it is "you're," it sounds like "yer."

Haha, now what really gets me about the Texan accent is how some can't say the "O" sound. Tomorrow is tamarrah, some guy is a fella and not a fellow, yellow is yellah etc etc. There are probably others but those are the ones I notice most often when I am listening to Vernon McGee And you know, sometimes they play really really old stuff of his, and his accent was not as pronounced when he was younger!
