Hello! As the title says, I am Reid. I’m a new member but not new to believing in Christ. I’m a 21y.o. transman (please no hate; We all struggle with one sin or another!) and am currently trying to re-seek out a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. I’ve been good at reading a bit of the bible everyday and praying.

I would love to make some female Christian friends and hopefully figure out how to deal with my identity. Anyways, feel free to DM! Thanks!😊

Hi TransGUYReseekingChrist I'm so glad the Lord led you to CC, welcome! You are right when you say we're all dealing with temptations/sins and to recognize them as WRONG is the first step. God made you a male and any ideas/deceits in your mind telling you different is NOT of God. This type of sin, as any other, of course can be overcome with determination to be right in God's eyes. Heaven is real and so is Hell and spoiler alert...there's no gays/trans etc in Heaven. These are perversions. I had my own demons to overcome as we all do. Please know many here will be glad to help and encourage you in any way you reach out. God, bless & keep this young MAN Reid in your will, IJNA🙏🙌

While I appreciate all your words I do want to clarify I’m female at birth! So my perversion is wanting to be male but alas I am female. Thank you sm for your prayers

Hi Reid, sounds like you and I have something in common. Reseeking Christ is something i fulfilled 38 years ago.

Although reading His word and going to church can be apart of that it was one specific thing that made the difference. It's actually what it says in the Vines Greek dictionary for the definition of what Christian faith is, "a personal surrender to Him and a life inspired by such surrender. "

I wanted to say this to you because if I'm reading you right, you've already done that atleast once in your life when you made a personal surrender to another gender, and lived a life inspired by such surrender.

It's exactly the same as a surrender to Him.

You do everything to make that surrender as genuine as possible .

I hope this old guy didn't disrespect you in some way I'm not aware of. Your what Christianity calls " a called out one". You've been called out by the Father, so now He's waiting for your correct, genuine response, "a daily ( all day long if necessary) personal surrender to Him and a life inspired by such surrenderReid!

It is a miracle that you realize the struggle and working on it. Read out the scripture loud, pray Holy spirit continue working in you.
Fill your time with pure and holy activities, busy with God, no time for ungodly stuff.

God be with you. One day you will look back and say, God carry me through, I only enjoy Holy activities, the enemy has no hold of my interest at all.
