When you have peace in your life it gives you a feeling of being able to relax. When you have that true peace that comes from Jesus. The problems you may have will seem alot less.

James 3:18

I have experienced the peace that passes ALL understanding, I have lived this in my life, and I stand amazed when God loves me enough to give me his peace.
 
i need peace right now..im in a situation now thats torturing me and i dont know how to have that inner peace...every time i tried to think of Jesus so that i can have peace the enemy deceives me and tries to input negative things on my mind...how do we really gain peace in our hearts?
 
My most peaceful time is sitting in our gardens on a Summer's evening, feeling a warm breeze, hearing all my God's creations going merrily about their business, closing my eyes & smelling the apple blossom - from whence comes a sudden yet absolute clarity of peace of mind. Such is the most valuable sensation of our creator's world that brings the most intense of realisations that my God is with me & watching over me.
