that's just silly and your trying to avoid answering the question ....do you claim Christ had sin in the flesh?
Christ as the son of man had to deal with "sin in the flesh". If not, He couldn't have been tempted in all things just as we are.

There's that "had" again.
1] Christ is God.
2] That divine life was united to the humanity in Mary's womb.
3] The life that came from her womb was "the son of man".
4] This life Christ as God temporarily took upon Himself in order to redeem the fallen human race.
5] For 30 something years Christ as the son of man lived a perfect life in obedience to God's law.
6] But because that life He was made was polluted with iniquity (our bent-to-self) that life had to die, eternally. So the son of man died and fulfilled the justice of God's law.

2] Did Christ come to save sinners, or the sinless like Adam before the fall?
3] If sinners then to redeem us, legally, He has to assume us.
4] What has not been assumed as not been redeemed.

That's just a fact...the idea that the serpent didn't tempt Adam and Eve to disobey God...its just dumb...any 10 year old could see that
Does the Holy Spirit have sinful flesh because he dwells in you?
No!
Then Christ didn't HAVE sinful flesh because He dwelt in our corporate humanity after the fall. It was never His nature, it was ours. I've stated this many times....

What is clear is Eve was deceived and became sinful. After that she gave the fruit to Adam (who was near her) and Adam ate it. That's all the info we have....
