I have finally opened my heart to the message of God. These past few weeks, I have had many revelations about my life and what I thought was abandonment by Him. I was wrong. They were trials and the plan I was raised to believe but could never do so due to self-will and ego. I made myself my higher power. So I am here to re-discover and connect with those who understand, learn and embrace. I am lost and sick, but I see the radiance and feel the warmth of forgiveness as long as I have faith and do the work. This kind of thing (chat rooms) is very out of character for me, but I feel confident and hopeful.
I look forward to getting to know you all and forming lasting and genuine connections.

I am so glad you came. God's ways are above our ways. I can see how God used painful things to bring me to where I needed to be also. Just trust Him. He knows best. God is not some strange entity from far away in space. He is our Father and stands near us, waiting for us to open the door.

Revelation
3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
3:22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

To any who are unsure: Just humble yourself before the Lord and ask Him to come in today. He has already done all the rest. You don't have to tell God how to save you. I assure you He already knows how. I assure you He wants to do it right now.

You are one of God’s greatest creations, he made you as perfectly as he see’s you. trials and tribulations are rough... I’m no stranger to them, but they build character, they make you who You are.. into a Godly Man. I really hope you stick around and get to know other like minded Christians who also share the same desire as you do. its a wonderful place to be.. be blessed 😇

Welcome to cc alex Glad to have you onboard. May the lord bring you peace and friendship. Its a wondefull prayer that you have recieved in your testimony that we dont think of our selfs more highly than others.

Hi Alex, I'm also new. I understand that feeling of thinking God had abandoned me, it took many dark times to finally see his hand was outstretched the entire time and that he is the only one who has and will ever truly have our back
