Pretty much just pick a section of the forums that fits your question. If you're not sure we have a Miscellaneous section. And we have a tech section for help in that areas. Then create a new thread, like you've done here and ask.
Make sure to use paragraphs if it's going to be very long.
Take note this is the forums, which is not real time. If you were looking for something in real time you'll have to download the app to access the chat rooms. We have them for Android phones and Windows, currently. Mac availability is still not done as the entire chat system has been redone recently.
