HI guys and gals, I'm Chris, born and bred in Scotland, I got saved a couple of weeks again after spending some time at my local church, I'm not new to the church but certainly I'm glad to be back home with my brothers and sisters, I have also recently gave up Heroin and I have a place at a Christian rehab for when I'm ready to come of my methadone too. I'm a very upbeat person and though I've had a hard paper round I still remain positive especially I have a renewed hunger for the word. I love my Church family they have really helped me so much and I'm never away from the place nowadays, even I am volunteering in the cafe now during the week, I wouldn't beleive just a month ago I'd be in this position feeling the way I do as I genuinely thought I was soon to be dead but the Lord had mercy on me and led me back to the path he wanted me to be on around people that genuinely care about me and are nurturing and bringing out the best in me, I'm truly blessed and I'm looking farward to fellowship with you guys too. Thanks for having me here. Oh also it is a baptist church I attend.
