hi i am in need of some help i want to know what should i include in a prayer journal and when and how to use it i am a new beliver few months ago and i want to build a stronger relationship plz help i want to include many things all advice is welcome

I am unfamiliar with prayer journals. Maybe you should tell me.
 
I have never kept a pray journal myself, but I think you could write down the names of people you have intercessed for, and petiton you have made for yourself, so when you see answer from God to thee things you can Praise and Thank God for His Wonderful mercies. Also if you spend some quite time with God, He will often reveal new things to you, that you will want to write down.
