Dear Administrator,

For the last couple of days I had been trying to upload my family photo that i've promised to do so in this site. initially, i straightaway go to my picture folder to retrieve the photo but failed to upload. i thought might be too big so i save only this photo that iam going to upload into my desktop and try. the result is retrival failed.

kindly enlighten what i need to do?
 
Not sure if its showing for you or not, but you do have a profile picture posted and visible. You also have a single picture in your Albums. So you have managed to get two pics up.
Make sure each photo isn't too big. I know the site will shrink the photos automatically, but there may be limits that some pics are too big for it to auto-shrink (just guessing).
Also, check the formats on the photos. Are they cell phone pics? Cell phones sometimes have different formats, so make sure your pics are either .gif or .jpg/jpeg. JPG is ideal for online photos.

This seems to be a more commonly occurring problem and i've yet to hear any answers to resolve it. Maybe a Mod knows of something.
