Totally agree! Remember though...(something I fall into at least), that is not the REASON for "hiding your heart" in God.

Well i don't agree with this quote, just because i find truth and encouragement in the word of God alone.
in marriage it's not about finding the woman's or the man's heart. the center of the relationship is Jesus alone. understanding comes with the holy spirit , if you have the holy spirit you can understand as it's written :
(Proverbs 28:5) "Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things."
