Romans 13:1-7

6 This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. 7 Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

There is a difference between 'fear mongering' and the balance of RFID chips associated with GPS being a very real and practical reality. Yes, there have been attempts by certain media to make fun of RFID, making spoof reports ie governments forcing RFID for persons on unemployment related benefits etc. What is interesting, is why these media outlets are spoofing them, perhaps it's to present its idea to make sure the public regard RFID as important and human implants of such as normal and where others are against them to be viewed as foolish and so-called 'Tin-foil.' No, we should not fear, at the same time we should not be blind to its truth either. View the situation as likely but the chip could be voluntary for several years. There is currently no RFID law now but it is perhaps probable in the not too distant future. The RFID is a "Class 11 Device" but the law in 2009 which is comes from it was not passed at that point by the relevant legal authorities. So, there is not yet any law which forces humans to be chipped/ receive this RFID Chip; but it clear from the quote that Americans are likely to accept mandatory RFIDs for several reasons, especially medical reasons and security. Note, RFID signal only has a short range. However if the RFID were controlled using GPS, ie the signal goes from said chip to the satellites orbiting the earth and back down to the RFID chip, then these things could locate people anywhere on the planet. Remove the word could for both monitoring health and GPS, it is almost certain this will happen. Change 'very reasonable' to definitely as American democracy will not be about the average Christian's perspective but more likely the most prominent people in society, ie lawyers, doctors, and other professionals.

No, but it could indicate a certain form of conditioning which may lead to acceptance of an RFID chip.

That seems to be the general attitude. "Won't be here...so, to hell with every body else." I seen comments where "so-called" Christians have said, "Enjoy you're time in Hell"..."It'll suck to be you". ...etc.

I would imaging there'll be a lot of surprised people later on.
 
RFID chip is NOT the mark of the beast, but this is the shadow of the mark of the beast.

We will know when the endtime will come ... but not the hour & day. If one were to study the Bible passionately, and study the signs of His return, one will get a clear idea of the end time and His return. The Books of Matthew & Revelation are the best sources because it is from Jesus Himself. He has given us more than enough signs & symbols for answers. The problem is very few Christians can put the puzzle together because they haven't studied the Bible with enough power, authority & passion to understand the endtime & the Second Coming.

I would also add that too many Christians rely on what others say or believe. Just because someone has a few letters at the end of their name from some kind of school doesn't mean a whole lot to God. I think the best teacher is the Holy Spirit. He has no personal agenda and does not bend the scriptures to meet his own beliefs.
 
So much ignorance and racism in this thread.

You know the scary thing? This is not a single White Anglo-Saxon person in the bible and plenty of Africans.

The bible is not leading up to the irrational fears of racist white North Americans.

I've always considered this verse. Where do you draw the line when it comes to this? It has to be drawn somewhere. Does this means the Nazi's running the concentration camps weren't doing anything wrong based on that verse? Certainly not. Was Martin Luther King violating the principles of the Bible when he fought for the civil rights of black people? Certainly not. "Judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgement" needs to be considered when one ponders the verse you quoted.
