Hi I'm Jordana! I live in NYC but am a southern girl at heart. I'm 21. I just finished my undergrad and now I am a full time nanny until I start law school next fall. I'm also expecting twins in July. I'm really excited about it but definitely nervous. I'm really active in my church and I love directing our music program and teaching Sunday School. The kids definitely light up my day. I was really excited to learn about this site. I just got out of a very abusive relationship that ended in a very bad way and left me severely taken advantage up and now pregnant. I just hope to be able to talk to Christian people and truly be understood on a Christian level. I think it'll really be good for me and I just love talking. Lol.:p
 
Hi Jordana ! Gald to havw you join us. My name Wayne. I am 52 yrs and I live in Alabama. I use to be one of those abusive husband till I got saved in Mar 83 and God has help me over come that part of my life. By His grace we are all ovr comers! Amen
 
That is very true and I'm really happy that you got saved and overcame that.
 
I am also new to the chat room and am looking for people to talk to about life, family and the Lord Jesus Christ! I find myself in a new stage of my life now!. My health has been to go bad and I can no longer do the work that I have done all my life and am looking at trying to find something different at 53! It is scary having to find something new after all this time!
 
I met a girl a couple of years back who work in a ministry at a girld s home above Auburn, Alabama and she was from New York and went to the church at Time Square! She has been overseas doing mission work the last I heard of her.
 
that is really cool. i moved here for college. i've been on a couple of mission trips with my church back home. i absolutely love working in the orphanages wherever we go if they have one.
it is really scary starting something new. and i can relate with you on the health problems. i have heart problems so it's a little unnerving not knowing what to expect with this pregnancy.
