How God made the universe is hidden.
By faith we understand the worlds were created by the Word of God, in order that what is seen did not come into existence from what is visible. (Hebrews 11:3). We can look for clues regarding how the universe was formed but Hebrews 11:3 indicates that sufficient clues do not exist in visible form.
In the ancient manuscript copies of the Bible Scriptures and in related histories and archaeology, we have visible evidence of ancient people, places and events that remain as well-remembered today.

The naturalist presumes that all realities are natural realities and detectable to the five senses that include sight and to logic and reason. Their assumptions commonly exclude alternative scenarios such as hidden spiritual realities, Providence, miracles and God Himself.
Unlike most books of the Bible, Revelation contains its own title: “The Revelation of Jesus Christ”. “Revelation” or apokalupsis in alliterated Greek means “an uncovering,” “an unveiling,” or “a disclosure.” The full manifestation of the Kingdom of God is not yet visible. Many prophecies of both Old and New Testaments remain to be fulfilled. The Christian believer maintains a hope and expectation that hidden things will yet be revealed.
