My friend, you should buy into the media propaganda that they spew. It opens the door for the spirit of fear to enter or a spirit of insecurity. And you are propagating such nonsense!
What makes you think that the general public (me and You) get any truth from the news? That we have "any clue" of the things that are happening behind the scenes? We wont know what all was really happening until we get to heaven and get all the answers!
The Lord has told me (twice) now (forgive me Lord, I get curious) to not watch the news. It's all lies designed to manipulate. He said for me to keep my eyes on Him and Him alone and don't take my eyes off of Him to look at the wind & the waves like Peter did when he was walking on water and began sinking!. That, if I need to know something then He will certainly tell me!

I don't care if what was said was the truth or not. That wasn't the point at all. The sin was in the tone of it and the gossip nature. Or from a different angle: Did the post bring any glory to God in any way?
What was that, which was said about us speaking idle words in scripture? That we must give account for them?

Because if that is true and the power of life and death are in the tongue makes the voice a very very powerful thing. Every word has become vital that we speak. It's either rooted in positivity or negativity so all words are either a Blessing or a Curse...Would you agree with that?

This is funny. Men gossip just as much as women who gossip. People gossip. Christians are quite good at it. Not all people gossip.

Please note that ICE agents are active in the entire country and the Federal government has jurisdiction over DC (albeit not for 365 days a year) and the mayor of that paradise has expressed gratitude for the ongoing clean up of it. Of course not and that is what Mary Jo tells the ladies in the prayer circle when she laments the pregnancy of Catherine, who is not married, being the reason she is putting on weight and not the doughnuts. I like women, I wasn't insulting them but face it, women gossip a lot more than men. Women talk about other people whereas men talk about themselves!
The problem with talking about other people disparagingly is, literally, the power of life and death in your tongue being activated in a negative way which has a corresponding spiritual effect and significance. It could easily plant a seed of bitterness within ones heart and if left unchecked will grow into a root of bitterness. It causes spiritual damage to ones heart.

From what I understand, the spiritual damage to ones heart from gossiping is a real thing and is covered under the warning of us to, Guard our Heart Diligently. And most people seem to view gossiping as no big deal, harmless. But it in fact is not harmless it is a dangerous practice.

Yes, it's some speculation. It's more of an educated guess based on known facts. Go back and watch the two videos I posted in my first post. Then you won't have to speculate as to what this thread's about.
Often times a video may be posted, on youtube for example, that is a loaded gun with no objective directional target and people will make of it what they will. I have seen and heard both sides for some time now and it is my opinion that the left is shooting themselves in the foot often enough without being able to back up their inflamatory opines. They do not seem to care as long as it gets them noticed.
It seems to me that speculation is an accurate descriptor for this thread.

I don't like or agree with everything he is doing either but let's not pretend four years went by with a different President and his lapses and difficulty maintaining physical equiliberium were only speculation on the part of the other party. Well I disagree with that statement about women gossiping more; it certainly is not my experience so since this is based on personal observation and or hearsay on both our parts, no point in chasing it into the bushes.
You know, I think there may be some cultural influences involved in who talks more about others and I say that as having experience in more than one and that would also be why I say men gossip just as much.
On this we agree 100%.
