When Paul spoke about "this body of death" he was referring to a Roman practice of strapping a murder victim to the murderer until they were over come by it. Pretty interesting picture of what our sinful flesh looks and smells like to God.

This is my answer Hiz, is God able ? Yes, HE is, we can't control what others do, people have to grow, I can only speak for myself here, I was vile and wicked, God made a way for me, we have to let go and let God, what's in the heart will come to surface, God renews our mind, and soul... Say I did hate someone deeply after being forgiven of my wickedness, how can I go on hating someone ? I can't or I'm confused and letting flesh when me over... The letter of the law is flesh based, if we serve the law, we are serving flesh, and what WE can do, and not what God has already done..

The law is good for people to realize how sinful the flesh really is, but a righteous man overcomes the flesh and the world through being born in to the Holy Spirit, their testimony and the blood of the Messiah, but it's a process..and as long as we have flesh, we will war, I like the example of Peter walking on water, when his eyes were on Jesus, it was like he had no flesh and could walk on water, but when he took his eyes off Christ, his mind was back on the flesh... He started to sink, but Christ saved him :)

Thank you, for being straight forward, I respect that and that is why I asked you. Especially for this.

That is my goal, to focus on Him and everything He said, I am sad by the fact that I couldn't sit by his feet and hear His words first hand, my how amazing that would have been, I get joyful when I think of his words, and the nsad when I realize that I was not there with Him, of course there is nothing better than being in the kingdom and I will have so many question for Him in that day Yahweh willing, as im sure we all will. But until then all I can do is read His words that are a recorded blessing, pray, and listen for the guidance of the Holy Spirit of Yah...

Thank you for the compliment brother, I never even thought about Peter as flesh when he walked on water, till just then, it just came to me as I typed that paragraph, Praise YAHWEH, He's amazing...

I agree! (these are the first 2 unity verses that came to mind, im focus on unity in these. *hides behind desk*)

Zephanyah 3:9, "Yes, at that time I will return to the peoples a pure language, so that all of them may call on the Name of Yahweh, and serve Him with one accord."

Psalm 86:8-11, "There is none like You among the gods O Yahweh, and there are no works like Your works. All the nations, which You have made, will come and worship in front of You, O Yahweh, and glorify Your Name. For You are great and do wondrous things; You Alone, O Yahweh, are our Father. Teach us Your way, O Yahweh, and we will walk in Your truth! Make us one in heart; (a unity), to reverence Your Name!"

This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

Nobody is adding or taking away as you claim.
The Holy Spirit guided the Apostles through all things, and the context of whole chapter 15 in Acts is about rather the gentiles are to keep all 613 laws of the mosaic covenant. Their answer after coming from meeting together was no, and they gave only a few things that gentiles were to follow from the laws. Then you were give Acts 21 from ChristIsGod, and in verse 24-25 they repeat what they said that we are not charged to follow all those laws.

You would have done better to sit and learn under the man who now sits at HIS Feet and the only one video and website under it, that I have posted here, if you wanted to learn the way of not only the Hebrew O.T. but of the true Messiah and what HE would say about what you've done to Paul and Paul's ministry and to those here that could have benefited and learned how to make the true Israel the burden of their lives, as well, in these last days, Hiz.

You have no idea what you're doing or saying anymore and I leave you to your self-righteous self and phoney Hebraicism.

I'm sorry that you feel that you have to blame another for your actions instead of
showing a loving forgiveness and Godly tolerance.

Love in these times - this is how our Father refines, to rise above the emotional
circumstances that come before us and not be entangled therein, but to be
always ready to give a good and honest answer about the hope that is in us

we desire that you reconsider and stay among us, we are sure the administrators

she's going through some deeply difficult personal things,
as those of you who visit the prayer forum know.

not an attempt to defend anyone over anyone else.
just that i don't know what my own responses might be like in circumstances like hers,
and so i try to think about you all--i don't know what you might be going through nor how i might or might not cope in them.

so, patience. kindness. love. these are our watchwords.

I posted to her and it was swiped away.

I just never get used to the good ones (as I count them) leaving, whether being banned involuntarily (as others seek to trap them) or deciding to leave on their own. Although this was her choice, I do understand getting fed up with alot of what is allowed to run loose. I have done my share of storming off to the admins section of other forums with my hands in the air and doing a self ban.

Dont they have an admins room (like some other places here) where you can come back months later (if you have changed your mind) just so that you can ask to reverse it later?

I have done that a few times myself, just needing some months away from a place.

Theres no other forums left on the net, this would be it for me, after this Im finished, I will stick with personal communications myself because they are getting full of ... (well, what I dont come for).

Well, if ChristisGod can see us out there (God richly bless you sister!) You are precious, real and made this place, to me you did anyway, you are a rare bird

I've only been to the prayer forums a handful of times and I don't recall seeing her posting in the threads which I visited. In any case, I'll certainly pray for her.

On a more general note, why do people spend so much time with heretics?

"A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;" (Titus 3:10)

When dealing with those who stubbornly refuse to see/embrace the truth, after having "planted" the seed of God's Word or after having "watered" the same, then just move on and pray for God to "give the increase" as only He can. Believe me, I've recently learned to take my own advice. Even in my short time here, I've walked away from threads where I believe certain folks to be such heretics that I'm concerned that they're headed straight to hell. None of us can save anybody. Those who refuse to hear are primarily in opposition to the Lord and if they won't hear Him, then they're not going to hear us either.

Anyhow, I only jumped back on this thread because I had noticed that ChristisGod had posted in it and she said that she was leaving this thread when I said and did the same thing the other day. As such, I'm unsubscribing again. I simply have no time to waste with those who refuse to hear (and there's more than one such individual on this thread) and I'll look for circumcised hearts and ears on other threads.

To the OP, yes Paul sinned. How else could He become captive I.E in bondage. Paul tried to live for God by the law and found himself in bondage. This is decided in Romans 7.
