I think it would be good to have a forum dedicated only to different hobbies.

It would make easier for the CC members to find people with similar likes :)

i'm 75 and trying to begin to understand digital photography. the little nex5 is somehow more complicated than the old 4x5 speed graphic i dragged around the world in the 70's lol. i have some photos on my profile and more on Ron's Notes From China - Welcome

I have had a lot of interests over the years - archeology, prospecting, garbology, fishing - I don't get out as much as I use to, not that I can't for any specific reason but I find that once the snow is gone I spend a lot of time puttering away in my yard with flowers and shrubs and the like.

I read your comment and then departed from the thread only to find your comment staring me in the face a short time later. (it's not polite to stare) First thought that came to mind was road rage which, fortunately, I do not suffer from. Of course this is probably not the type of good manners that you are suggesting one could make a hobby of. I was wondering how does one go about getting into this hobby?

Also just saying.:)

Ups! I didn't know I had received so much feedback here.

Thanx for the link 1still_waters!

A_Friend_In_Christ and secularhermit , I've had many hobbies over my life: reading, drawing, sewing and other crafts...
Right now I don't have much time, but I enjoy cooking, gardening, reading interesting stuff in the web and watching japanese movies.
I started taking gymnastics this week, and I'm interested in doing cosplay, learning a new language (portuguese, japanese, or maybe the basics of chinnese), coachsurfing and practicing architectural drawing... when I have the time and money to do all those things, LOL.
