Lord is the One to be pleased. I must keep this first and foremost. He is the One. He will never leave nor forsake.
He is the One to be exalted, treasured, and adored. Lord, when I labour in my mind, trying to understand or trying to fix, You remind me to be still and know...You are the great I am.
Exodus 14:14 says so much. Everytime, I lose sight of this, You nudge my soul back to You. I am so thankful. You are my Shepherd, and in Your midst, I rest.
It is You I seek, I turn away from trying to change the minds or hearts of others. I want to stay with You so that You can keep my mind and heart where they can best serve you.
