hello friends

how can you know if the holy spirit is speaking to you and that you are not misled by what it is saying thinking it is the one when it might not be i mean sometimes whatever the thing is can still sound right but sounding right could sometimes also be a mislead because you would think its right but actually its your mind thinking that
 
There's no need to make the same post three times. It's rather spammy.
Also try using punctuation so people don't have to figure out where your sentences begin and end.
Some people find it easy to recognize the Holy Spirit. Others have difficulty. And then some Think they do, but don't. I've always struggled. So I'm not one to give advice on the subject. Oftentimes I don't recognize it till afterwards.

Hello, Thapelo. As Soberxp said, read the Bible. The Holy Spirit will never contradict the scriptures.
 
Get the words of GOD in your heart (not just your mind) and do what it says and you will know the voice of the spirit.
 
As a CC member stated, God will never contradict his word. So, if you think he said something then read his word. It' s also important to know the difference between your God's voice, your voice, and the enemy's voice. And, God speaks in many different ways..... here are a few examples the word of God, dreams, visions, and inner audible.

As said before you have to read the bible, but read the whole bible and the rule is it cant contradict itself.
I would suggest get a highlighter and as your reading the bible highlight the verses that for what ever reason stick out to you and the verses that u feel the holy spirit is talking to you through and the verses that u feel are being repeated, like in other words when u read a verse that u feel u already read in other parts of the bible highlight it.
Then when u question if the holy spirit is speaking to you flip through the bible and reread the highlighted verses alot of time they seem to help with reassuring you one way or the other

The reason God has given us the Bible is so that we can know what the Holy Spirit says. At the same time you must be born again so that the Holy Spirit lives within you. Finally, not all English Bible versions are equal, so stick to the King James Bible or its equivalent in your language. Its true that the diffrent versions of the bible matter.
But i personally prefer The New International Version (NIV)

People read and post all over the forums. The different sections simply help to keep things organized. So posting the same question three times means mostly all the same people will read it.
Also it's generally frowned upon as it clogs up the forums needlessly.
Also posting in Teens and Young Adults won't get you much since they are rarely used.
You've not been a member long and you don't have that many posts to begin with so I can't imagine you "hardly get any" replies. You hardly have any posts.
Many join the site, barely interact and only post when they want something, then wonder why they don't get noticed. Perhaps try being active on the site and get to be someone people know. This makes people gravitate more to your posts and less like someone who's here to get something and disappear.

The Holy Spirit works between the parameters of Jesus Christ and the Cross, i.e., "The Finished Work at Calvary's Cross where the victory was won, i.e., "The Blood of Jesus." This is called the "Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:2). To receive the help of the Holy Spirit the Believer must place and maintain their Faith exclusively in Christ (who He is), and the Cross of Calvary where the victory was won (what He has done). Now, the Believer is operating in the Spirit, and the life of Jesus is being manifested through the Holy Spirit...and all the things that are required will be added (Matthew 6:33).

Come unto Me (is meant by Jesus to reveal Himself as the Giver of Salvation), all you who labor and are heavy laden (trying to earn Salvation by works), and I will give you rest (this "rest" can only be found by placing one's Faith in Christ and what He has done for us at the Cross [Gal. 5:1-6]).

Take My yoke upon you (the "yoke" of the "Cross" [Luke 9:23]), and learn of Me (learn of His Sacrifice [Romans 6:3-5]); for I am meek and lowly in heart (the only thing that our Lord Personally said of Himself): and ye shall find rest unto your souls (the soul can find rest only in the Cross).

For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light (what He requires of us is very little, just to have Faith in Him, and His Sacrificial Atoning Work).

The only way to God is through Jesus Christ (John 14:6).
The only way to Jesus Christ is through the Cross (Luke 9:23).
The only way to the Cross is a denial of self (Luke 9:23; 14:27).

When you know what God is doing, then you see the works/ways of the flesh.

Walking after the Spirit is according to a set of instructions, correct doctrine has a form and a pattern, so that we might know the things of God. The bible is for preparation of the saints, scripture is for "instruction in righteousness", so that we might learn how to possess our earthen vessel recognizing the flesh vs the spirit. The bible you use to approach study with God, is most definitely important, because the Godhead teaches us through the words. Scripture interprets Scripture, rightly dividing the word of truth means dividing truths, truth from truth, God's word is truth... not truth from error(theology).

I think that's an excellent question and I don't fault you cross-posting, trying to get it answered.
In simplest terms, keep seeking God until he makes it very clear to you what is Him and what is not.

The answer "keep reading the bible" is also true but only works as long as your question isn't "Is the bible truth?" or something similar.

Here's why I say that:

I was raised in a bible-teaching church, but there was a falseness in their teachings as well. Once this falsehood became evident, I had a dilemma...Specifically this: The same people who told me the lie also told me the bible was truth. So...I had to find out if they were lying to me about that too. And if my pastor could lie or simply be wrong...couldn't every other pastor lie or be wrong too? And I had to admit that I might even lie to myself or be misled also... so who could I ask? Who could I trust?

The answer was that I had to take my questions to God himself...and at that point I wasn't entirely sure that he really existed. But if I wanted to know, I had to point my question(s) to him/her/it and hope for the best. And I had the same question you face...How will I know it's God answering, and not just me deceiving myself? And that's why I said keep seeking until he makes the answers CLEAR to you.

God is alive. He is real. He hasn't lost his ability to speak. And he is waiting for you to bring your toughest questions to him. Keep asking until he answers. Don't let him off the hook. I would tell you to ask in the name of Jesus, but if you even question that, feel free to ask him about that too.

How will he answer? How will he make it known to you? Those are the things GOD gets to figure out... not you. You get to choose the questions, but he gets to choose how to answer. Don't try to mess with his side of the equation. Trust me, He's able to get it to you in a way that is clear to you and that you'll know it's God. Just keep seeking him until he does.

I think there is a list of nine ways God can speak to us, but don't remember it. Google probably knows.

since the holy spirit in them that have faith is an honest spirit, so if your lying to yourself then by must be referring unto the Holy Spirit then, the imaginary god of this world?

Exactly like the situation you find yourself in, it leaves a person in delusion because it is always their own reasoning since it is nothing more than the your own imagination. Nobody who been given faith in God could call the LORD by anything but Holy Ghost who is a being of invisible light.

God who is a Spirit of Truth is not mocked, those being evil can ask the devil for the Holy Spirit without truth but if you have it then we know ye then be without truth.

Luke 11:13If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
