Anyone who was harmed by this should be able to sue with a civil suit in which they could use RICO meaning the loser (NBA player, Mafia don, NBA official, coach, etc) would have to pay you triple your losses. plus they have to pay your legal fees which would make it 4x and no doubt they will hire their own lawyers as well so let's say a class action lawsuit lost $30 million in damages, it will cost these ones named in the suit $150 million.

Second, I highly doubt they only did this in the NBA. This is probably only a fraction of all sports betting fraud.

Wow! It is much worse, the league profits from betting. This means that they should have been responsible to guarantee this fraud wasn't taking place and they can be named in the lawsuits even if they did not directly get involved with the fraud.

If they didn't get directly involved with the fraud it is a separate lawsuit, not the RICO but they can be sued for negligence and you can have punitive damages that are easily 4:1 so this same lawsuit against the crooks could be followed up with a lawsuit against the league and they would almost certainly settle rather than have the bad publicity for several months.

14 Narco-Terrorists Killed in Latest U.S. Strikes on Four Drug Smuggling Vessels in Eastern Pacific

U.S. Military forces launched attacks on four vessels operated by narco-terrorist smugglers transiting through a known trafficking route in the Eastern Pacific Ocean. According to the Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, the kinetic strikes occurred on Monday and resulted in a total of 14 terrorists killed. One person survived the attacks.

In a social media post on X, Secretary Hegseth indicated that the kinetic strikes on the four vessels involved three separate strikes carried out at the direction of President Donald Trump. In the Tuesday morning post, Hegseth wrote, “Eight male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessels during the first strike. Four male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessel during the second strike. Three male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessel during the third strike. A total of 14 narco-terrorists were killed during the three strikes, with one survivor. All strikes were in international waters with no U.S. forces harmed.”

This includes Sheriffs, police and other government officials. I suspect that these cartels donate to political campaigns, hitting them now will put a crimp in a number of political campaigns come next November. The problem the cartel has is they have to respond to this attack and need a secure communications network, but with NSA able to listen to everything they don't have that.

A lot of drugs are smuggled in beneath legitimate cargo. By increasing tariffs on China the amount of legitimate imports has been drastically cut, making it that much harder to smuggle in the drugs.

The United States military has recently sunk multiple vessels off the coast of Venezuela. These actions began in September 2025 as part of an anti-drug trafficking operation ordered by President Donald Trump's administration, which designated several Latin American drug cartels as "foreign terrorist organizations".

My understanding is that these go fast boats carry about $20 million in drugs each, so altogether this is about $320 million in drugs, 66 deaths and 16 go fast boats destroyed.

Too bad Trump doesn't have enough guts to use the insurrection act to send in the military to protect ICE agents

The criminals want a gun fight so that's what should be taken to them is a gun fight were criminals who are attacking ICE are killed rather than taken in to custody

On Saturday, the United States armed forces took out another suspected drug-smuggling boat, this one in the eastern Pacific. Three alleged drug smugglers were on board, raising the number of suspected drug smugglers now inspecting new quarters in Davey Jones' locker to 82. This was the latest event in what the Department of War is calling Operation Southern Spear.

82 drug smugglers killed, somewhere around 30+ drug smuggling boats destroyed.

These boats average 4,000 pounds of cocaine. that is probably $80 million dollars worth (wholesale), so all the boats destroyed this year probably a $3 billion loss to the cartel. Also the boats probably cost 500k each.

This is a fake headline because US Armed Forces have not yet engaged the Venezuelan military.

We have labeled Venezuela domestic terrorists and blown up over 30 Go fast boats smuggling drugs as well as a submarine. We do this because we have labeled them terrorists and these drug smugglers as a direct attack on the US. By definition then we have tested "the border" with our military as the ocean is the border between the US and Venezuela. At this point an estimate of the amount of Cocaine destroyed is approximately $3 billion, that is certainly enough to hurt.

So your response is fake, the US military has engaged the Venezuela cartels which we are equating to the entire nation, calling them a Narco Nation.

And yet there has been no fighting between the Venezuelan military and the US military so your headline remains false.

Shooting a few cartel boats is not enraging the Venezuelan military is combat.
