It really is a big deal to label these cartels domestic terrorists because if the US can use the full force of the military including NSA when they catch these guys. They can trace every single person they ever contacted on the phone as well as every place they have ever been. This can help them identify Chinese companies that are supplying them as in this case, safe houses, money laundry operations, etc.

Now ICE is trying to deport 3,000 people a day, out of those 3,000 if only 150 are connected to the cartels, that is 5%, then they are getting 150 new connections to the cartels operation every day. Run this through the military to find more leads and you know they will. Not only so, but these people have to be replaced by underlings who often are poorly trained kids.

Also many of these people must trace back to the cartels in Mexico and Venezuela giving the military intelligence on targets to hit there.

Also every day that people see ICE arresting and deporting people it gives the general populace confidence that if they report apartment buildings and businesses they think are being run by these criminals that ICE will do something and it won't blow back on the witness.

The beauty of this is that it is not clogging up our courts nor is it filling our prisons. All these people are being deported.

One other thing, the cartels paid off politicians, cops and judges. But these ICE and National Guard were never paid off so this is doing an end run around the entire corrupt system which is why the politicians are crying and screaming.

I suspect that every single politician who is trying to obstruct ICE from doing their job is in the pocket of the criminals. So when they make noise the US can identify them as persons of interest. They can't go trace their phones and contacts, not without a warrant, however, with all the people they are picking up you could expect maybe one a week will have contacts with the politicians, judges and cops they are paying off. ICE is not arresting voters, only citizens are legally able to vote. Yes, there may be some voters who support the people being deported, but at the same time making a city safe and reducing crime is always at the very top of the list of priorities for voters in a mayoral race. So why are the mayors and elected officials supporting these rioters? It isn't a smart political move, for every person who supports the politicians for doing this there will be three who don't.

Even though this is a losing strategy politically the politicians are becoming more strident and more urgent in their pleas for people to stand up and fight against ICE. Why?

My feeling is this, they are corrupt. The cartels are paying them off, contributing to their campaigns and helping them steal elections. If the cartels go down they go down. Because the cartels are going down and this is not simply performative but is really cutting down the cartels they are becoming more and more desperate.

Think about the timing and the focus. Democrat blue states a little more than a year before the mid terms. If this is very successful and if the cartels are truly crippled and unable to help democrats steal elections, this could result in a massive red wave a year from now.

I Crashed a Paid Protestor Meeting

I understand if you are hired by a company that they will tell you not to talk to the press about what the company is doing, instead direct the press to the press liason. That makes sense, you want one official message, not a hundred slightly different messages creating confusion.

But if you are a protestor that is coming to a rally we don't assume you are paid by anyone, if you aren't being paid by them why are you listening to them tell you not to speak about what you are protesting. That makes 0 sense. Protestors want the message to get out to the press. This is totally bizarre that these "protestors" refuse to tell you who they are working for, who is paying them, and yet they are following orders to not speak to the press. When I was a teacher for the NYC Board of Education if I talked to the press I had no problem identifying myself as a teacher that works for the NYC Board of Education, but at the same time I would not presume to speak on behalf of the BOE, instead the BOE has their own press liason. These people will not tell you who they are working for and yet they have a press liason and they have someone giving them orders not to speak to the press about what they are protesting. This is incredibly deceitful.
