Friends, its getting colder day by day, There are some homeless people in the village where we run the day care centre, you can pray that God give them shelter and also warm clothes and food and bless their lives.

we also, here in this supposedly prosperous country have so many homeless/poor, that it is
truly mind boggling - especially because we have so many so called 'churches' on just
about literally 'every corner', and in most 'strip-malls', and yet, so many go hungry and cold,
don't have a home or any comforts of a real home to come home to - in our country,
it seems like as the years go by that they, the poor/homeless, are cared for less and less...,
and that 'self and mammon' have become the lusts of the flesh...nothing new, I know, but
living to see it is one of the most heart-breaking things of all...especially with all of the wealth
that is squandered here and abroad...

I often wonder, how our Saviour feels about how those in power, riches and Etc, feels
about how they choose to treat them or knowing that they don't even care???
 
Me and my family will say a special prayer tonight and ask God to bless them and keep them from all harm. In Jesus' Holy name; AMEN.
 
Thanks D&J for agreeing to the prayer for the Homeless people. sorry to know that homeless and poor people are suffering in US, inspite of being a prosperous country. The people are becoming more worldly and becoming blind eyes to help the poor and show God's love and Gospel. The Bible tells to " do good when it is in our hand to do good" and surely God will bless us. Bible also tells to share one tunic if we have two tunic, but see people have lot of tunics,The power of darkness is so much in some peoples life , they need some God's people to help them see the light and worship Lord, we the Believers are the salt and light of the world, we should shine for Lord Jesus, it should always be our effort to add one soul to the kingdom of God. Anyways praying that God reach and bless these Homeless people

Lord please enable Levi and all leaders of this resource to be able to be equipped to provide assistance to the needy. Have them all come together from far and wide to lend a helping hand so Your love can be shown through all involved. In Jesus Name, Amen.
 
so often, in your very own community, it takes certain things that you know that
your neighbors need, and most often at really NO EXPENSE to you, other than
simply rendering your heart, when you know their needs...instead of turning a
deaf ear...

really, what is a few 'dollars' to give another a 'BLESSING'???
