Homemade catfood:
5 lb.s of chicken thighs, 1 lb. chicken liver, 1T. fish oil,2 eggs,1 tsp. nutritional gel fish flavored (Has essential vitamins), 2 chicken bouillon cubes. 12 count cupcake pan, big boiling pot/lid
Put chicken in the pot fill water so it comes to same level as chicken thighs add chicken bouillion bring to a boil cook about 15 min. add chicken liver blood in all. Lower heat to a med. heat cook 15 more min. Then drain chicken and keep about 3 c. of the broth.
Throw skin away ,but use meat and fat off the bone. After deboning chicken throw all of it in food processor grind it to pate.
Put in mixing bowl add the eggs and mix quickly if meat is still a little warm.Then add the gel and slowly add broth until right consistency. Then use a little fish oil on inside of cupcake pan then scoop out. Cover and freeze.
Cost about 1.35 a can
