Hello there! New to the site but a lifelong baptist. I felt compelled in the spirit to share my experiences with anyone dealing with the trials and valleys in this thing called life. This recent valley, involving employment limbo, has been both financially and spiritually fatiguing. Reading "The Screwtape Letters" illuminated to me the ways in which unclean spirits will attack you at your lowest. So we shouldn't lose heart, for Revelations 3:19 states that Jesus loves those he rebukes & disciplines. This is all preparation for glory when the time comes. Peace be with you all!
