I know what it's like to feel this way. I've been up to the edge of the abyss and back a few times. Mumoffour, tell someone! Tell someone whom you trust about the crisis you are going through. Your kids need you and can't afford to lose you!

I have prayed for you but I think you should talk to God yourself.

I have prayed for you and God is right there talking to you in your heart, listen closely he does just love you, not always do others and not always when others do they just do not know how to deliver to where you would recieve it. but Sister you are loved by God the invisible to the visible, and You know this in your heart regardless waht opthers have said and or done including self, I will say it again GOD JUST LOVE YOU

Depression is a trip. Many things cause it. Usually it's a good idea to do a personal inventory when you start to hit moderate depression.

1. What medications are you taking? Which ones can cause depression? I've seen people get this way just using RX meds. They had to learn which ones did what to them and how to adjust to that.

2. Are you in a healthy life routine? Examine your diet. Examine your exercise. I've seen depression and anxiety brought quickly under control simply by living a healthy life each and every day.

3. Are you completely isolated or surrounded by too much interaction? Either one can create problems. We need balanced relational lives.

4. Do you have finance and work under control. Living in debt with no income will definitely cause major stress and stress likes to manifest as anxiety, bipolar, and depression.

So now would be a good time to do a personal inventory. Also they have grief and depressions groups and you can reach out to them.

Tim thank you for your prayers I'm having a very hard time hanging on today kids have all gone to friends houses and again I find myself alone trying to pray and hold onto Gods words and trying to hold on to the true meaning of today Good Friday but i just keep sinking further and further down I am now scared of myself
 
I'm sorry today is rough for you again! Just know that God is right there with you and will NEVER leave you :) I'm still praying for you and sent you a message. Keep holding on.

I have felt this way before. I pray that the Lord blesses you and gives you the desires of your heart. Only Jehovah your creator knows your heart and I pray that he blesses you according to his will. In Jesus Christ Name I pray. Amen
 
Sorry Tim I have tried but I have sent a couple of msg but not sure if they have got to you but I have made a decision as bad as it is and I'm sorry for waisting your time and now burdening your heart but that is how selfish I have become I used to know that I would be safe from self harm because of my kids but not even they are stopping my thoughts anymore again selfish but that's who I have become again I'm sorry I know what a cop out as if sorry is any great words for what I have done in burding you with all this but I know that you will be able to give it over to God SORRY
 
I've been there and know the feelings, don't worry. I've prayed and am continuing to pray for you. Don't let those thoughts over come you, but overcome those thoughts by God's love.

"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39
 
Dispair is a horrible condition. I know a family whose mother killed herself. It's not just the initial sadness of loss they suffered but they all had very difficult lives with drugs and relationships. Don't do it! Call somebody right now and have them come over and help you. Nothing is too great for you to get through. If you don't feel strong enough now to stop yourself call someone, NOW! May God reach down and pull you out of this in Jesus Name I pray.
 
You did the right thing. The wrong thing would have been to suffer silently then done something drastic. Is there anything you want to talk about? I too have four children. How old are yours?
 
It is to late that why I'm saying sorry I have made sure that my kids are taken care of 15 year old boy 13 year old girl boy twins and 10 year old boy like I said before I have been able to stay safe for them but not now sorry gettn to hard to type thank god for spell check

Please LORD, place your healing hands upon your child that is suffering. Give him rest and peace of mind knowing you are with him. AMEN

Please dont give up , you are here for a reason, I have been thru this alotttttt and GOD will give you peace.
