The bible depicts Hell as a fiery, horrible place. If it exists at all, it makes no sense to me and it wouldn't make much sense to GOD either. GOD is light, warmth, beauty and love. The opposite would be darkness, cold, ugliness and hatred. At the least Hell would be in the furthest ( and coldest ) region of the parallel universe GOD exists in. Remember, " My kingdom is not of this earth ", Christ was attempting to explain a parallel universe to the primitive peoples that he attempted to teach. Here we are individuals, on the other side we live as ONE.
 
and fully a third of their of their numbers fell ( 666,000 ) , so it was written; the truth is they were cast out to the cold dark extremes of that heavenly universe of love. Furthest place possible from GOD's love.
 
Elton John's Rocket Man always makes me smile - the lyric "in fact it's cold as hell". No way is Hell cold!
 
Hopefully we will live lives with love of GOD and full of good works so we will never suffer that fate.
