So,

A friend of mine and I were supposed to get a house or an apartment and be moved in by the 15th (the day I have to be out of the basement apartment I'm in now). My friend Diana moved in with me last week to start her new job so she could have money to rent a place with me. She's 22 and it was her first time living on her own without her parents in the house. They signed a loan for her, paid her car insurance and registration because she had finally found a job after a year of searching. Well yesterday she comes home and says she quit her job and is going back to her parent's house. So not only has she regressed to that scared child mentality but she screwed me over in the process. I work two jobs but I'm in between paychecks and though I had more money I paid bills because I knew she was going to pay the other half of the rent and deposit. So with her gone I only have about $300 or so to my name as of Friday and I have to be out in just over a week. I have no idea what to do because I don't have a place to go, nor do I have a place for my dog and my car is still about $150 away from getting fixed. The whole thing mega sucks because now I have all this extra stress (which isn't good for my heart - plus I've been out of my meds for that for a week). Plus I lost a friend because I told her she needed to grow up and have a life outside of her parent's house. I need God to open a door to some finances and a place to live like asap. Please keep me in prayer and if anyone has an ideas I'm open.

thanks,

Ty

Sounds like things were going well...then imploded. All causing you a great deal of distress. There is no easy answer, I do not know wether you are living under Gods authority? Wether you are saved? And have a redeemed relationship with Christ? Even if you did / do...you could understand that we are not promised all we want, or that our lives will go smoothly. We need to take note of the whole counsel of God, through submitting to His will, through surrender to His will and we know what this is by spending time worshiping, praying, studying and reading His Word. Life is not good right now but if you were secure in Him, you would still have peace, peace and calm amidst the chaos is how we know we are with Him, He is in us. I believe God is the source of all good things and the answer to all our challenges but as someone else wrote here on CC, He is not an ATM. Do you know Him? Itmis never too late.....Can you discuss thenfinances with your friend? Sounds like gettingbyour meds may be a priority too? Make a list, prioritise and list your resources...talk things through with a Godly person you trust. Most of all? Get yourself into a salvation relationship with Jesus. He is where your answers lie, your hope and your happiness. He wants to know you....you are precious and valuable to Him, much loved and cherished. But....you need to abide in Him...God Bless you and I pray all will be well. <><

Just go to a homeless shelter until you can get on your feet if nothing else comes available. I worked at one and they are such a blessing to folks who really get in a tight spot. Remember everything happens for a reason. Have you ever thought that if you are a child of the Lord that He wasn't ok with you being a room mate with a single female? You have to stop and think that everything happens in your life for a reason when you are a child of God because your fate is resting securely in His hand if you are His. Just trust that He is with you and that He is going to see you through this.
He taught me a hard lesson on trusting Him. It was hard because I allowed fear to rule me to the point of becoming a basket case. At the end of it all....I had the most amazing trust because He shown me that He has GOT me and every situation under control always. Pray that He helps your faith grow and cry out for help to Him. Forgive the girl because everything happens for a reason. Be blessed sweetie.

Hi there friend, sorry you are going through this difficult time. Don't forget that is always watching after us and to keep faith in him. I will be keeping you in my prayers and praying that you soon find a place and the economical stability that you are currently seeking.

While the stress will not just leave from one moment to the other, find peace & hope knowing that God always leads you to victory. God Bless friend :)

A cople of years ago, I wanted to leave Venezuela and moved to Colombia. I spent 5 months out of my own house and room because I wanted to LEAVE THIS NATION... I thanked God that I did not sell it. Otherwise I had to live under a bridge or at someone´s else. THERE ARE TIMES when we have to come back. That time to LEAVE home will come for her and, of course, you´ll find YOUR WAY to sort it out, Seraph.

Praying for all you ask in Jesus's name and for all to be provided soon.

God bless
