How are your thoughts? Where are they guiding you to?
• Pro 14:22 -> “Do not those who think evil go astray? But mercy and truth shall be to those who think of good.”.
Although many people merit evil, when we feed bad thoughts we go far away from Jesus and His love, peace and gaiety.
Hence John said:
• 1Jn 2:9-10 -> “He who says he is in the light and hates his brother is in darkness until now. He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no offense in him. But he who hates his brother is in darkness, and walks in darkness, and does not know where he is going, because darkness has blinded his eyes.”.
When we hold the Creator’s alliance with us and keep in mind everything that He has done to us, no path of the Creator is condemnation or death:
• Psa 25:10 -> “All the paths of Jehovah are mercy and truth to those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.”.
And it is this that makes us beautiful before Jesus and men:
• Pro 19:22 -> “The charm of a man is his kindness, and a poor man is better than a liar”.
Many people try many ruses or baits to entice those around them. Nevertheless, the best policy to enchant people is Jesus’ kindness (at least, if we yearn for being delightful to the right people).
Attract people neglecting the principles of the Holy Scripture only will bring to us people who will hurt us. After all:
• Pro 12:2 -> “The good gets grace from Jehovah, *but He will condemn a man of wicked thoughts*.”.
So, have a good day keeping up mercy, kindness and truth, even if there is nobody who is worthy of it. After all, there is no good or evil which, coming out of us, don’t affect us first.
