How do I create a media album

When you go to https://christianchat.com/media/ from the main page,
(I used the second icon on second row of links, The first one is What's New,
then Life Bits, Members, Find Threads, Watched, Search Forums etc..)
A page opens up with Life Bits on it, and links. The left hand side Navigation
module has various links: Browse albums; Your media; Your albums.
On the far right hand side of the page are two buttons, click the blue one that says, Share Life-bit.
The second option that will then appear is Create personal album.

The whole process of uploading pictures here seems to be a little suspicious.
In regular posts, you can upload all kinds of pictures directly and they appear immediately. But with albums, however, even if they aren’t public, the pictures have to be approved first. Just recently, one of my pictures was rejected. It was a completely normal picture, nothing at all questionable, and just a small file size. It went through on the second try. With direct messages, you can’t send pictures at all, only insert them via a link. That doesn’t make any sense either.
The whole thing seems somehow implausible and inconsistent to me.
