I would have to say, the fact that you are concerned about being able to tell is proof that the Holy Spirit is still there and your conscience is still working so you are not guilty of the unforgivable sin. Apparently you have no Spiritual CLUE as to how FORGIVENESS works. Jesus started with REPENT, turn away.

Jesus did not say I will repent you, or I will turn you away from your own sinful nature.

Jesus is our advocate/mediator/counselor to the Father, not in flesh but in Spirit. That very Holy Spirit is sent by the Father in Jesus name.
