You can click on settings written at the top of the page, as the page opens on the left hand side you can click on the word edit profile pictures and continue

Nobody here can do it for you. Click the little icon with your initial ("U") on it to the left of the envelope at the top right hand side of the page. Then hover your cursor over the "U" in the app that opens, and click "Edit Avatar" to upload your image file. Try to size it first, to no larger than 400 x 400 pixels.

I was going to......... but I figure BLUE has that down pat, lol.
