Deuteronomy 30 verse 6~ The LORD your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love Him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.
:)
Yes, circumcision of Heart from God could Love The Lord Thy God with All Thy Heart.

How to have a Circumcision from God so we could Love God with All Thy Heart?

Philippians 3 verse 3; Colossians 2 verse 11; Romans 2 verse 29b ~ For it is we who are the circumcision, we who worship by the Spirit of God, who glory in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh. You were also circumcised, in the putting off of your sinful nature, with the circumcision performed by Christ and not by human hands. Circumcision is a matter of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code.

What I’ve learned is the 1st AND 2nd commandment are 2 sides of the same coin.. you can’t do one without doing the other.. AND you can’t do either without drawing close to Christ.. realizing that his grace and faithfulness is our only hope.. We can never earn it.. only through obedience and sincerity can we offer true worship that he is more than worthy of..

I think something is missing in obeying the First Commandment.
By obeying the First Commandment completely is the way so Our Lord Jesus could change the Heart in order To Love God with All thy Heart.
Let us read how Our Lord Jesus answered the question WHICH IS THE FIRST COMMANDMENT OF ALL.
What I observed in this First Commandment (verse 29) it started with HEAR, O ISRAEL ; THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD.
And to Love the Lord thy God is just a part of the First Commandment.
MARK 12:28-30
28 And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?

29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

Just Do Everything You Do as if You are Doing it for God. How true is this?
How about in the case of Saul?
Saul did everything to God that is why he spare All the Best to Sacrifice unto the Lord God but God became angry with Saul.

1 SAMUEL 15:2-9 & 15

2 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt.

3 Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

4 And Saul gathered the people together, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah.

5 And Saul came to a city of Amalek, and laid wait in the valley.

6 And Saul said unto the Kenites, Go, depart, get you down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them: for ye shewed kindness to all the children of Israel, when they came up out of Egypt. So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites.

7 And Saul smote the Amalekites from Havilah until thou comest to Shur, that is over against Egypt.

8 And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.

9 But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.

15 And Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites: for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice unto the Lord thy God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed.
God was angry with Saul because He told him to destroy EVERYTHING, and Saul disobeyed. We cannot say that we are doing something unto The Lord if He specifically told us not to do it.

1 Samuel 15:22 ......obedience is better than sacrifice.

Psalms 51
O Lord, open my lips,
And my mouth shall show forth Your praise.
For You do not desire sacrifice, or else I would give it;
You do not delight in burnt offering.
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit,
A broken and a contrite heart—
These, O God, You will not despise.

Yes, God angry with Saul because Saul disobeyed him.

Therefore we should obey God at all times.

In this Commandment of God we should not disobey him.
We must obey the Commandment HEAR, O ISRAEL; THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD. Because it is the only way that God could change the Heart and so that we can follow To Love thy God with All thy Heart.

No, he didn’t. He disobeyed clear directions God gave through Samuel. Disobeying God is not “doing for God”.

This is so easy to say but No One knows he is disobeying God.

In the case of Saul he knows he is obeying God by offering sacrifice.

But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.
15 And Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites: for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice unto the Lord thy God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed.

In our times today, people knows they are obeying God by Loving him but they don't know that they are disobeying him in God Commandment in Mark 12:29 which is the pre requisite of Loving God.
MARK 12:29
29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

The Commandment of God tells we must Know who is the One God and One Lord First before Loving Him.

If God became angry to Saul because Saul disobeyed him.
Let us listen to God how angry he is to the people because they are disobeying him by Loving God without Knowing him first.
JEREMIAH 4:22
22 For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

MARK 12:30
30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
This is done sufficiently for salvation at the moment of repentance/conversion from disregarding/ignoring God/GW,
but remains part of a believer's goal for perfection during sanctification on earth (Phil. 3:12).
