How do you deal with fear?

I have been in my life many times in which i feel fear for special situations and i have paralyzed completely and that i have to defeat that fear to be able to continue in the way i was.
The way i deal with that fear is praying and remembering 1 John 4:18 "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear...." so i start to remember the big love that God has for me since the begining and all the times that i was in danger or in a bad situation and God changed that situation.

How do you deal with the fear in your lives?

fear is in your mind...its the body's way of avoiding danger....if you beat fear in your mind, you will beat in in reality
 
Not all fears are bad. Example: Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom

Some protect us from dangerous things.

Sometimes we fear things that look pretty intimidating, but in the end will be beneficial. Praying for wisdom to know the difference helps, as do these:

Psalm 31:24 Be strong and let your heart take courage, All you who hope in the LORD.

Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
 
REBUKE IT IN JESUS NAME!!!!

Don't DEAL with fear. REBUKE!

When I see ''deal'' I see it like sitting down playing cards with it. Inviting it down for a nice cup of tea. NO WAY.

You have to be like, ''FEAR!!! GET OUT IN THE NAME OF JESUS!! THE LORD REBUKE YOU!''
