Do I remember correctly that you believed in the type of premillennialism like John Gill, where there were no people in the flesh during the millennium [only resurrected saints enter] and that the rebellion occurs from those resurrected after the millenium?

No, I believe a remnant of humanity will survive God's wrath and be here to re-populate the earth after Christ returns.

What I find interesting is that it is a parable talking about the kingdom of heaven. Makes me think this could be talking about an event after the millenium. Any thoughts on that?

Matthew 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

This could fit perfectly at the end of the millenium. I googled it and some other people also believe this to be after the millenium, so let me know if you got any proofs against or for it.

It's both. At his return he will separate the sheep from the goats for the millennial reign of Christ and at the White Throne Judgment those that reject God will go into the lake of fire.
