Oh gosh, I've grown up in a really big and dysfunctional family... Two kids will be more than enough for me, maybe three, depending on how my husband want things!

I am an indentical twin and they run in the family as well, but I have been convinced for a long time now that I would like a boy and a girl or maybe a boy and 2 girls but all would be adopted.

I can't think of anything better to do with my life than take children who weren't fortunate enough to be born to a loving family and give them one they could always rely on, I look forward to the day I can make that happen.

I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters but I think with working parents more than 3 children and you might begin to compromise in the time you can give, that was my experience growing up, our mother was around a lot but our father always working and that meant some of us never formed a relationship with him, I'd hate to get older as a father and realise I had always provided for my children everything but what they needed the most.

I have a four year old daughter named Gracie. I am not planning on getting married because I am going to school right now , but If God changed my paths I would want to have 1-2 more children. I would want to have a child or adopt.

I will have thousands of babies, make cybernetic warriors out of them a conquer the world. oops did I say that? I meant.. 1 or 2 children. ^^

i just like variety and wouldnt want any that look the same. i wouldnt want them to be in the same class at school, and i would want them to have separate friends.

i would only want twins if it was a boy and a girl, and i would send them to separate schools.

do you ever feel like youre half a person? like youre only one half of a pair?

Being a twin is the best. My twin brother is my best friend and I love being a twin. I couldn't imagine life without Martin as my twin. We went to the same school. And we did have very diffrent friends. We were in the same classes for 7 years of primary school. then were split up in high school for 1st and 2nd year but now were in 2 of the same classes - maths nd chemistry.

You do know you can get same sex twins that arnt identiical? And you can request that they are not in the same class: )

yeah but then its not even like its twins so you might as well just have two babies separately.

what i think would be really cool although i know its not possible is to have identical twins but one is a boy and one is a girl.

In all honesty, I feel rather conflicted. I've said in recent years I don't want kids, because I don't want the responsibility. I think I'd probably have enough patience to care for my wife and myself, but adding kids just seems like overkill a lot of the time. Still, I'd be lying if I said there weren't brief moments where I've entertained the idea of being father to a girl. That said, I still don't think I'm ready - I'm 29 and single, after all. I want to be married for a minimum of 5 years before kids are even considered, because there has to be an initial period of "bonding", if the husband and wife are going to handle any other stresses down the road.
