Layer by layer, bit by bit learn to give God all the credit for all things (positive & or negative) in your life.
Recall Jesus is credit saying, "you have no power over me, but that given of God", & "let this mind in you that is in me"
Also recall, that all things work to gather for good for God's people!
Also remember with what judgement we judge with, is the judgement we will receive (parable) a white glove inspection over, & as Jesus said, "they without sin" (sin equal being separated in 1 of more ways from The Spirit Of Eternal Truth's way) "cast the 1st" condemning "stone"!
Other words, if I (a sinner) condemn another, my just just reward is, to experience being condemned.
Jesus is quoted saying, "I come not to condemn" & "let my Christ mind in my you that is (me) in me".
Recall it is also written, all things bread/reproduce, after its own kind...
So follow, put your self on Jesus' 4 foundation love teachings that include loving one's self as others, leave all negative/condemning judgements to God,
Parable as it is written, Come out of such negative judgements, so you will not reap (from The Spirit Of Eternal) of its impart, negative, judgements, again, that is (spiritually) leave all left handed judgements to God's judgement when one can & repent/thank differently when one slips/falls!
