A) 1- check the box next to each e-mail you wish to delete
2- click the "selected messages" box which opens the menu
3- mark the "delete" bubble
4- click proceed
B) 1- open an individual e-mail
2- check the "delete this message" box at the lower left
3- click the "delete this message" tab at the lower right
